How to lose fat from flabby arms
If we want to lose that extra fat stored in our arms, we need to lose weight and do specific exercises designed to work the muscles in our arms. And, best of all, there’s no need to join a gym: we can do it all at home with a series of recommended exercises.
1. Arm rotations
This fantastic exercise to eliminate flaccidity consists of making circles with your arms while standing. It is a very simple exercise that consists of placing your arms horizontally, without bending your elbows, and making circles between them. It involves making circles with a very small amplitude to do many repetitions in a short time. Then, we repeat the exercise, but in reverse.
Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
2. Arm scissors

Stand with your legs wide apart. Bring your arms out to the sides and forward. Then, one arm should overlap the other, resembling the letter X. Return your arms to the original position and repeat this 20 times. Relax with your arms down for 15 seconds.
Do 3 sets of 20 reps.
3. Up and down

Stand up and raise your arms up, bending your elbows so that your arms are behind your head. Bring your palms together. Then move your palms down, then raise them to the height of the middle of your head.
Repeat this exercise 20 times at a fast pace. Then lower your arms and relax for 15 seconds.
4. knee bends
In a plank position on the floor, stretch your legs so that you are supported only by the tips of your feet and the soles of your hands. Lower yourself in a controlled movement until your chest almost touches the floor. Return to the starting position. If it is too heavy, lower your knees and repeat the same movement.
Do 3 sets of 10 reps.
5. Elbow Push and Stretch

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms out to the sides of your body, parallel to the floor. Make fists with your hands. Bend your elbows so that your fists are at armpit level. Return your arms to their original position.
Repeat this 20 times. Then relax with your arms down for 15 seconds.
6. Triceps push-up
For this exercise, also known as triceps dips, all you need is a chair, bench, couch, or step and you’re good to go. It’s actually better for your triceps if you use a combination of objects to vary the range of motion and feel your muscles burn. Make sure to keep your butt and lower back close to the chair (or whatever object you’re using) to maximize the benefits of this exercise.
Do this exercise for 2 sets of 10 repetitions.
7. Push-up plank
Finally, the last exercise to eliminate arm fat is a little simpler than the previous ones, but even more effective. It involves going up and down on planks: we place ourselves on the floor with our hands and the tips of our feet on the mat: from there we move to the plank position on our elbows, and then we return to the original position.
Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
With these exercises, forget about those flabby arms and look amazing. To achieve more effective results, do the routine daily. Remember that the key to success is to be consistent.
