How to lose fat from flabby arms

If we want to lose that extra fat stored in our arms, we must lose weight and perform specific exercises designed to target our arm muscles. And, best of all, you don’t need to join a gym: we can do it all at home with a series of recommended exercises.

1. Arm rotations

It’s a very simple exercise that involves placing your arms horizontally, without bending your elbows, and drawing circles between them. Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Stand with your legs wide apart. Bring your arms out to the sides and forward. Then, one arm should overlap the other, resembling the letter X. Return your arms to their original position and repeat this 20 times. Relax with your arms down for 15 seconds.

3. Up and down

Stand up and raise your arms up, bending your elbows so they’re behind your head. Place your palms together. Then, move your palms down, then raise them to the height of the middle of your head.

4. Knee bends
